The Multi Asset Platform Fund Segregated Portfolio Company (“the Fund”) is an unregulated collective investment scheme which is not recognised under section 264 of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000. As a consequence the levels of protection provided by the Financial Services Authority (“FSA”) may not apply to investors who make investments in these funds.
The IFDS Frontier Balanced MAP Fund (“the Fund”) is a non-UCITS retail scheme. Frontier Capital Management LLP is the investment manager and distributor to the Fund. IFDS Managers Limited acts as the Authorised Corporate Director (“ACD”) of the Fund. The ACD is authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority. The ACD company registered office is IFDS House, St Nicholas Lane, Basildon, Essex SS15 5FS. The ACD monitors the performance and maintains the regulatory obligations in relation to the IFDS Frontier Balanced MAP Fund. The levels of protection provided by the FSA regime would apply to investors who make investments in this fund including access to the Financial Services Compensation Scheme and the Financial Ombudsman Service.
