Alex Gaitan has nine years of experience in the asset management industry with a particular focus on hedge fund strategies and trading.
Before joining Frontier, Alex worked as a senior fund of hedge funds analyst for Redi & Partners LTD in London covering a multi strategy fund of hedge funds by conducting detailed quantitative and qualitative research for hedge fund manager selection and actively participating in the investment committee.
Previously he worked as an Equity, Bond, FX Trader and Senior Trader for WBS Holding LTD, an investment management firm in Romania, one of the very few brokerage houses in Romania trading developed markets for Romanian clients.
Alex holds a Masters Degree in Management from The Bucharest Academy of Economic Studies and is registered as a commodity trading advisor through the National Futures Association.
