Michael Azlen founded Frontier in 2004 to bring the first true Multi-Asset Class fund to the investment industry. Michael has 20 years experience spanning the entire spectrum of asset management including hedge funds, proprietary trading, structured products and equity derivatives.

Colin Hodges has 18 years of experience in financial markets in both investment banking and asset management organisations, and he is responsible for the operational and financial management of the company including compliance and risk management.

Bruce Gascoine has 25 years of experience in the financial services industry encompassing both investment banking fixed income trading and sales, as well as asset management marketing and sales both within the UK and Continental Europe.

Andrew Cracknell has 24 years of experience in the financial services industry, specialising in intermediary sales marketing to top end IFA’s, private client stock brokers, fund of fund managers, private banks and leading institutional distributors; having prior to this trained with KPMG in London as an accountant.
